Friends,
It
certainly seems like time and events are moving faster and faster. In
a world of increasing uncertainty, it makes sense (at least in my
mind), that we buckle down and get ready for the wild ride that may be
before us.
I made a grandma cry!
Lecturing to a large group a couple years ago, somewhat in
exasperation, I told the group "Too many of you are acting like spoiled
little children, who gobble up the candy and goodies as soon as your
parents leave the room. Who do you think your fooling? It's time to
grow up and start doing what is right!"
After the class a sweet little grandma, in tears, told me this is exactly how she was behaving and just what she needed to hear.
The reason I share this, is because some of us (and as always I include myself), need some shaping up to do. Regardless of how you may view the world, things are changing. And not just a little. It is so easy to become so absorbed in our lives that we may not see the writing on the wall.
Sit down with those you care about most and determine a course of action. How would you handle a natural disaster? A pandemic? A sharp downturn of the economy? Do you have adequate food and fuel? Have or are you doing all you can to get out of and keep out of debt? Living within your means?
So I ask you and even plead with you: Be the Adult. Do the right and responsible things for your self and those within your stewardship. Get healthy. Focus on getting healthy and rather than following some stupid diet to lose weight, eat healthy (stop the sugars and vegetable oils), exercise, go to bed earlier, and laugh and love more fully.

It really is CRUNCH TIME. Time to pull it all together. Time to live.
Have you joined us in our goal to have
500 gallons
of
herbal remedies in the homes of friends and family. We invite you to
become part of this. How many gallons of these formulas do you feel you
should have on hand ? So far we've got about 100 gallons out there,
only 400 to go.
Blessings,
Kyle Christensen, DC, ND, MH
