Here we are in the midst of a raging flu season.  And amid cries by some that responsible people get vaccinated for the flu, are reports emerging that the flu shot is ineffective in preventing the flu and contain toxins that can damage the nervous system, leading to Alzheimer's Disease.

Says Dr. Russell Blaylock, MD

"Here's the bottom line: The vast number of people who get the flu vaccine aren't going to get any benefit, but they get all of the risks and complications."

Flu vaccines contain mercury in the form of thimerosal (ethylmercury), a brain toxin, which accumulates in the brain and other organs. "It's incorporated into the brain for a lifetime," says Dr. Blaylock. "After five or 10 years of flu shots, enough mercury accumulates in the brain that every single study agrees is neurotoxic.  

Mercury is extremely toxic to the brain even in very small concentrations, and there are thousands of studies that prove it.

"The changes that we see in the brain associated with neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's are all easily produced by mercury in these doses."

I encourage each of us to prepare with supportive remedies and therapies that will boost and strengthen our bodies to get and keep healthy. 

I challenge you to assess the needs of those within the circle of your influence.  How do you determine who is in your circle?  Simple, who calls you for help, advice and support.  Or in other words, when the Pandemic that has been promised to hit us for many years now (usually phrased as "not if, but when"), finally comes, who will be knocking on your door for herbal remedies? 

The herbal formulas that can be made in our Open Kitchen Classes, if cared for properly, can easily last 10 to 20 years.  By making your own remedies, you save big time!
